Who are Controlled Projects Ltd?
Formed in September 1998, Controlled Projects Ltd (Formerly Ribat Ltd) service over a billion pounds of capital projects through their innovative services.
We are based in Regent Street London and service clients in the UK and Europe, with satellite offices in Australasia.
Our team all have strong project management backgrounds, and all our staff have experience in the following disciplines:
1. Being involved in the full project lifecycle, right through to lessons learned.
2. We understand and work with well-known frameworks and methodologies, i.e. nec3, PRINCE2 etc
3. Stakeholder management, working with the end user and senior supplier.
4. Process improvement, i.e. Six Sigma. Continual improvement is one of our mantras.
5. Project controls, controlled projects is about controlling projects, its your money!
