Based on consultations with BAA's project managers, the Contract
Management process was selected for a pilot scheme. The nec3 Change Control,
managed any change to a project's contract once it was initiated, this is one of two types of
change managed within BAA projects. Following the traditional format of project
management, this system involved multiple hard copy forms, tracking orders and
supplier management all within constricted time frames.
